The Eugenics Council is an industrial noise project that formed in the mid 90's, By D.N. and Rosemary Malign. Live sets in the past have often been described as confrontational, and are noted for their violent nature, which has included the use of heavy explosives, tazers, uncontrolled fires, large machinery, stun guns, tear gas etc. Vocals and lyrics are provided by both D.N. and Rosemary Malign. Many recurring themes are found in the lyrical output, spanning biology, personal politics, history, etc.
