When Drew's father, George, comes to Cleveland to accept a lifetime achievement award from his Wildebeests lodge, he encourages Drew to join the lodge to establish connections that will help him find a better job. Drew questions the suggestion, but finally agrees to consider joining after Lewis and Oswald express an interest in the lodge. When Drew arrives at the lodge, Tom, one of its members, tells Drew that he been offered three different jobs. Although Drew is excited at first, he soon discovers that most of the lodge members are bigots, and that people of other ethnic groups are refrained from joining the lodge. Back at Winfred-Louder, Drew issues an ultimatum to his boss, Mr. Bell, and finally persuades him to give Drew a raise. When George hears about Drew's raise, he still claims that he wants Drew to join the lodge and find an even better job. Drew tells his father that he is happy with current job, and just wants his father to be more supportive of Drew's ambitions. George declares that he has always been proud of Drew, he has just always pushed him to do well so he never regrets anything in life. The episode ends with Drew, Oswald, Lewis, Kate, and Jay driving in a convertible behind a garbage truck while being hit with various pieces of garbage.
