“ | New York City is all about sex. People getting it, people trying to get it, people who can't get it. No wonder the city never sleeps. It's too busy trying to get laid. | ” |
All four women are going through a period of not having sex - a rare occurrence. Carrie's relationship with Mr. Big has been going on for long enough that it is becoming less physical. Charlotte is dating a man who isn't interested in sex anymore, while Samantha discovers that not having sex can be erotic. Miranda hasn't had sex for months.
