The Dollyrots are a punk rock band made up of two guys (Chris Black and Luis Cabezas) and one girl (Kelly Ogden). Their CDs are very pop and their last one Titled "Because I'm Awesome" came out on March 13th, 2007 on Blackheart Records. Their only other album Eat Your Heart Out came out on Lookout Records. Their song "Because I'm Awesome" was played on the TV show Ugly Betty.
Two of their songs from their debut album "Eat My Heart Out" were featured in a CSI:NY season 2 episode "Stuck On You". The band itself were guest starring as 3/4 of the indie band "Rough Sects". Those songs are "Kick Me to the Curb" and "Goodnight Tonight". The Dollyrot's lead singer, Kelly Ogden played Stephanie O'Dell, the bassist. The victim was killed by her bass guitar but by her bandmate, the female drummer of the fictitious group.
