The Devil Bat is a 1940, black-and-white horror movie which was directed by Jean Yarbrough. The film stars the well known horror actor Bela Lugosi. Other Supporting actors include Susanne Kaaran, Dave O'Brien, Guy Usher, Yolande Mallott.

The story follows a chemist (Bela) who is extremely aggravated at his partners who have cheated him. To get even, he breeds giant bats which he has trained to suck the blood of anyone wearing his special aftershave lotion. The chemist then takes revenge upon his partners. However, he is eventually tricked into using his own shaving lotion and is killed by the bat.
