The Deadly Curse of Toko-rey
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Deadly Curse of Toko-rey is a young adult fiction story written by seasoned veteran of the thriller genre Frank Peretti.
"Toko-rey" has all the elements of an Indiana Jones tale mixed up with Stephen King fantasy/horror and tied up with a good dose of religion. In this Cooper Kids adventure novel, Mr Cooper and his two kids Jay and Lila are out to retrieve a lost treasure hidden somewhere in a South American jungle and to find out what happened to another search team that died mysteriously. They find more than treasure, however, and dig up a fatal curse as well, which threatens to end all of their lives prematurely.
