The Deadfly Ensemble is a musical art rock act that was started in 2006 by the front-man of Cinema Strange, Lucas Lanthier. He is also the main composer/musician for this project. Other members include James Powell on bass/guitar, Marzia Rangel on cello, & Yi-Hsiuan Lee on Erhu. Many other people have also played live along with Lucas Lanthier.
The first and currently only album, An Entire Wardrobe of Doubt and Uncertainty, was released April 14, 2006, which was followed by a US and European tour. The second album is in production currently with an expected Spring 2007 completion. There is no release date yet.
