Hoping to bring Zane to his senses, Sheppard recruits someone else who has been consumed with darkness to duel Zane. Atticus, formerly known as Nightshroud, duels Zane at the volcano with his own darkness deck opposite Zane's Cyberdark deck. However, Nightshroud's spirit lives on within his deck, and Atticus can hear his voice mocking him from inside Red-Eyes.
