The Cloudy Dreamer is OLIVIA's fifth mini-album, released on January 17, 2007. The mini-album debuted at #15 on the Oricon Weekly Charts - Olivia's most successful album to date.

Two versions of the album were released, a CD Only version and a CD+DVD version. The DVD includes the PV "Stars Shining Out" and five live performances from OLIVIA's July 25th concert at Shibuya O-WEST. The CD includes "a little pain" and an English version of "Wish" , which were used as the ending and opening themes for the NANA anime, and "Dream Catcher", the ending theme to the live action Japanese drama, Jigoku Shōjo.

First press limited editions included OLIVIA's ART & PHOTO Mini-Book (CD Only version) and OLIVIA's ART & PHOTO Poster (CD+DVD version).
