[edit] Story
Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady send eggs, looking like meatballs, from Dimension X to Shredder and Baxter Stockman. The plan is to put the eggs inside pizzas and hope that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles eat it. Shredder sends down information to the sewers about a pizza competition.
April O'Neil and Irma also attend the Pizza Bake-Off, and when Irma tries to avoid a man who wants here as a girlfriend, April discovers the TMNT and agrees to enter their names in the raffles for the Three Prize Pizzas.
Meanwhile, Baxter Stockman has placed each one of the "eggs" onto the "Three Prize Pizzas" while no one is watching him. He doesn't know is that the pizza maker has a rush order and sends two of the "Prize Pizzas" out on delivery and replaces them with fresh ones. Baxter is chosen to read off the winning names in the drawing. The drawing is held and Baxter Stockman lies and does so the TMNT win. April delivers the "Three Prize Pizzas" to the TMNT and they give her one of them. April and Irma decide to take that pizza to Irma's apartment and eat it there. They don't know that the "egg" from Dimension X is inside that pizza
At Irma's apartment, the energy of the microwave oven activates the "egg" and out comes a little Red Creature. The Red Creature causes Irma to faint when it jumps out when Irma opens up the microwave oven. April contacts the TMNT, who rush over to Irmas apartment and try to capture the little red creature. The red creature escapes, Then they realize that it came from the pizza, they figure out that there must be two other red creatures out there as well.
The TMNT fly in the blimp over the New York City and spy Mario, the pizza delivery boy, as he delivers pizza to two children in an apartment. The TMNT try to stop the children from placing the pizzas in the microwave oven, causing the eggs to activate. The two red Creatures escape from the building and lead the TMNT down to the sewers. The two red creatures are joined by the original one and they go into the subterranean river and mutate into large, big yellow monsters.
When the TMNT search for what they still believe are the little red creatures, they meet Shredder and Baxter Stockman. Baxter Stockman controls the monsters with a handheld device. The TMNT face Shredder in combat when the monsters attack the TMNT. Donatello uses his bo staff to smash Baxter Stockman's controller, causing it to go out of function. The monsters come out of control. Donatello jumps into the water after the control, while the other turtles team up with Shredder to fight the monsters as Baxter Stockman reads the instructions on how to reverse the monsters mutating back to eggs again. Michaelangelo finds the water-logged remote control in the water and uses it on the monsters, but the effect is bad. The controller's batteries are bad. Leonardo spots a power box and uses his katana swords to cut the electrical lines. A loose line falls into a puddle of water, causing an arc to leap from puddle to puddle until it reaches the monsters. This causes the monsters to become eggs again because of the overload of power. Shredder and Baxter Stockman escape.
