"The Carpal Tunnel of Love" is the second single by the Chicago rock band Fall Out Boy from their 2007 album Infinity on High. The song was added on iTunes for download as a single despite "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race", the first single from the album, not being a digital single. This song has now been released on multiple digital download websites. It debuted at the Billboard Hot 100 chart at #81.

On February 5, 2007, the music video was made available on Fall Out Boy's website. The video follows characters from Happy Tree Friends and the band appears as a group of bears. All the characters are killed by the end of the video, all of them being accidental deaths.
