[edit] Plot
At Winfred-Louder, Mr. Wick begins his new duties by first ordering Mimi to wear less make-up and stop wearing outrageous clothing. When Mimi refuses to change the way she dresses, Mr. Wick banishes her to work in the archives in the basement. Mimi attempts to get revenge on Mr. Wick by wreaking havoc throughout the store with pranks and threats. At the Warsaw Tavern, when Drew spills a beer on a large man, another man saves him from a fight. Drew's hero turns out to be Simon, a bully who tormented Drew, Oswald, Kate, and Lewis throughout high school. Simon apologizes to the gang for his old habits and it appears to Drew that he changed his ways and matured. Simon tells Drew that he is out out of work, so Drew hires him as Mr. Wick's new assistant to replace Mimi. Simon is happy to take the job, and even becomes friends with Mr. Wick. Simon soon returns to his old habits by beginning to push all of the other employees around, and eventually Mr. Wick is fearful of him as well. Mr. Wick decides to bring back Mimi, regardless of her appearance to replace Simon. However, Mr. Wick is too terrified to fire Simon, and makes Drew do it. At Drew's house, Lewis and Oswald introduce Speedy to all of the neighborhood dogs. Lewis, Oswald and Kate then encourage Drew to stand up to Simon, telling him that bullies are really cowards. Although Simon beats him up, Drew manages to fire him. When Drew tells Mimi that she can return to her old position with any clothes and make-up she wants to wear, Mimi claims that she doesn't want to leave the comfort of the basement. Drew attempts to persuade her to come back to the office by telling her an embarrassing story about his childhood to prove that he understands how it feels to be an outcast. Unfortunately for Drew, she turns on the intercom system and broadcasts his humiliating nickname from his story throughout the store. At the conclusion of the episode, Mimi is thinking about Drew dressed in a sheep costume in an attempt to fall asleep.

(Drew is about to go into the basement to find Mimi)
Chuck: Remember Drew, don't fire until you see the yellows, blues, and aquamarines of her eyes.
Mimi: (referring to her make-up and clothing) I get up at dawn to look this good!
Drew: So that's what scares the moon away.
