The Broadway Sand, Gravel and Artstone Company Website: [1] was formed in 1906 in Cleveland, Ohio by Charles Komarek. In 2005, almost 100 years later, the company underwent a "face-lift" and completely changed it's focus, product lineup and management. The company's CEO is Paul Komarek, b.1981, from Cleveland, Ohio. Also in 2005, the Company altered it's legal business name to Broadway SGA, Inc., making it quicker and easier to spell and speak.
Broadway SGA focusses primarily in the eCommerce venture business by allocating capital into new internet businesses. In early 2006, Broadway SGA joined forces with the Body Art Company [2], a tattoo company which also runs its own clothing line and record label. This merger greatly expanded Broadway SGA's product lineup and after the merger, it became one of the largest internet business venture companies in the United States. Besides eCommerce development, Broadway SGA also manufactures and distributes hundreds of products ranging from pharmaceuticals to automotive performance parts and can be found in many retail stores worldwide.
