[edit] Overview
The Boy With The Thorn In His Side describes bassist Peter Wentz's battle with depression and mytically describes the world he both lived in with taking antidepressants ( his dream world with his lover), and the real world (his true nightmare).
Wentz's inspiration came from Tim Biedron, the tattoo artist, who he said inspired him to bring the dreams to life.
The book is illustrated by Joe Tesauro, colored by Rob Dobi, and was published by Clandestine Industries.
The book was published in 2005, and is no longer sold online or at Hot Topic stores.
