The Beginning is a forthcoming 2007 solo debut album from Pussycat Doll singer and songwriter Melody Thornton. The album will have collaborations with Chingy, Nicole Scherzinger, Pharrell, Marques Houston, and producers such as Darkchild, Timbaland, Will.i.am, and Pharrell Williams. The album was to have been be released in late April 2007, but is now delayed due to Thornton's work on the album, Double the Trouble
