The Arthur Terry School

The Arthur Terry School is a secondary school in the Four Oaks area of Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, England. Its current headmaster is Mr. C. Stone.
The school was built in the 1960s and was named after Arthur Terry, who was the Mayor of Sutton Coldfield some 30 years previously.
The school is currently undergoing a £9million rebuilding, that will see most of the current school demolished to make way for the new building; only the Sports Hall and the Drama Studio will remain. The rebuilding started in March 2006.
The school has also had students who have achieved fame, these include:
- Oliver Phelps and James Phelps, who play Fred and George Weasley in the Harry Potter films.
- Rasmus Hardiker, went on to star alongside Steve Coogan in Saxondale. Also starred in Jack Dee's sitcom Lead Balloon
- James Vaughan, footballer, plays for Everton F.C., became the youngest scorer in the Barclays Premiership.
