[edit] Overview

The Interviews were aired on the first part of Episode 15, which aired on May 5, 2005. Because the job interview was drawing to a close, there would be no more teams, no more rewards, no more project managers, and no more exemptions. No one will ever be safe. Tana, Craig, and Kendra were all on their own for the next-to-last task.

[edit] Task Dossier

Although Interviews aren't really tasks, they serve as an important vehcile throughout The Donald's 16-Week Job Interview. The only task was to perform one-on-one interviews with the following prolific executives: David Brandon, Chairman & CEO, Domino's Pizza, Inc.; Darlene Daggett, President, U.S. Commerce, QVC, Inc.; Howard Lorber, Chairman, Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Greg Brenneman, Chairman & CEO, Burger King Corp.

The Donald briefed the final three that he will fire someone based on the input he gets from the executives.

[edit] Outcome

The Executives met with the final three one-on-one before meeting privately with The Donald, Carolyn, and George to determine who should be fired. After the Executives gave out their recommendation to The Donald, Mr. Trump then held a discussion with Carolyn and George regarding about the input from the executives. After Donald and his associates finished talking, Donald called Robin to let the final three in.

Obviously, The Donald knew that Craig lacked substance throughout the interviews and grills Craig for the final time before firing him. In tradition, Mr. Trump's firings had to be based on the input from the executives or these executives wouldn't appear on national television. At the recommendation of the executives, Mr. Trump fired Craig, due to lack of substance in his interviews.

After Craig's dismissal, Kendra and Tana were the final candidates among 1 million applicants.
