The Accused is Entitled is the second episode from the third series of the popular American crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which is set in Las Vegas, Nevada.

When a woman is found dead in a movie star's hotel room, suspicion falls on the movie star (played by Chad Michael Murray). The CSIs must work under pressure from the media to find out what happened and the suspect's lawyer forces a speedy trial in order to rush the investigation and also brings in Grissom's ex-mentor as a specialist.
