[edit] Tenses

Beefart says: Please justify your repeated removal of the present tense. If "many people have reported encounters with the shark over the past thirty years", then this period includes yesterday and this morning and therefore implies that the shark may still exist. It is therefore illogical to use only the past tense "dwelled". At least one of the reference quoted is fairly recent and suggests that the shark "is back" in False Bay. If it is back then it not only dwelled but it dwells. Captainbeefart 14:07, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
