[edit] Extra Money for Pixelation?

can anyone verify this statement? It seems doubtful. "The housemates were nude so much that MTV had to add to the budget to handle the additional pixilation." DLCinMaine 05:49, 28 February 2006 (UTC)

That sounds logical to me. Whether or not it's TRUE is another matter, but that kind of editing isn't free. VelvetKevorkian 06:23, 21 October 2006 (UTC)

I seem to remember some producer types saying this on a Real World documentary shown on VH1. --Purpleslog 06:54, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] writing

The writing seems awkward or non-neutral...

e.g. "Amaya Brecher (September 17, 1977 in Oakland, California) is a voluptuous Jewish-American blonde female who attends UCLA."

and it's kinda weird that all the minorities are pointed out, but I guess that's part of the nature of of the show (different people).

Well, she IS Jewish. It's just some biographical information that anyone looking up this artcle would be after. VelvetKevorkian 06:22, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
