[edit] Baal, the talkative?
I'm removing the section under Baal that says he's the only Prime Evil interested in conversing with humans, only not really. It's basically something in the lines of original research and speculation, and not even very good at that. And there's a bunch of counterexamples right after the original point. It's just no good.
