I don't see any political science concept under this article and under this name. As such, it seems to me that it only has a potential of the OR essay. Please develop it into something that would show at least the justifiability of the article and name, including the existence of the concept in the political science literature. Currently, the article is a perfect AfD candidate but as a courtesy I would like to wait and see whether something can be made from this even though personally, I don't see it. --Irpen 02:36, 31 March 2007 (UTC)

The concept described here is more sociological then political. Indeed, single-party system is a political science article, but nonetheless average people used in many countries the word 'party' to refer to this phenomena.
