InterPacific Productions Inc.(IPP) is not an "arm" of Ocean. It is unrelated corporation. IPP and Ocean are separately and independently controlled corporations, and have no common officers, directors or shareholders.

Ocean does not record any of its projects at Blue Water Studios (Blue Water). Chinook Animation Productions Ltd. (Chinook) engages Blue Water for such work. Chinook and Ocean are not related companies. It is our understanding that Chinook and Blue Water are unrelated corporations.

420 Inc. is not related to Ocean, and to our knowledge, it is not related in any way to Chinook, Blue Water, or IPP.

Ocean's scope of activities extends well beyond Anime localization. Ocean is a group of companies that provides certain services and engages in the following activities:

-Dubbing, Language Versioning and Transcription services
    -Creative services
    -Project development
-Postproduction audio, visual and graphics services
    -Production and Co-Production financing
    -Licensing
    -Merchandising
    -Media Distribution

Thanks for posting this. Your company isn't exactly the most public one out there, so it's hard to get any sort of accurate information beyond what can be inferred from the credits of your productions. I'm sure any further information you would care to provide, like the history of the company for example, would be appreciated.
I have comments about your statements though:
  • Even if IPP is a separate company, it has, as far as I can tell, been doing all the casting for Ocean Studios for several years now. That relationship is worth noting, though using a more correct wording.
  • The anime dubs recorded at Blue Water Studios, with maybe one or two exceptions, have a big Produced by [...] in association with The Ocean Group credit at the start of the localization credits along with Ocean staff members. Off hand, I'd say only two of them (Zoids: Chaotic Century and Ceres: Celestial Legend) mention Chinook, and then only for casting. That certainly makes it appear that they very much are Ocean Group productions, and deserve some kind of mention on this page. If it's just removed, random contributors will just keep adding them back in.
  • 420 Inc. is credited for casting on My-HiME, with production credited to The Ocean Group. Chinook is not mentioned anywhere.
And as for addressing the perception that Ocean only localizes anime, a list of credits would surely help.

Is there any way to get in contact with Ocean Group other than mail? Like e-mail or something because on the site listed at the bottom of the Wikipedia page that is all it tells you. Bit behind the times don't you think?
