Talk:The Mood

Could John Moore contact me at stanley134@hotmail.com

My name is Dave and I am a 40 year old married office manager with a 4 yr old daughter. I finally tracked down a copy of Paris is one day away 12" after a 20 year search and wanted to get in touch.

[edit] I love The Mood!

So I was interested in finding out what the individual former band members were doing at this time. I found out information on Eric James Logan and Mark James Fordyce (I found a Mark Fordyce who runs a computing firm in Yorkshire, but I guess that's not the same guy), but John Moore's name is too Google-unfriendly for me to find out what he's up to presently. I know I should probably contact one of the aformentioned to ascertain this info, as it appears that Eric and Mark, at least, are still in communication with one another.

I think it's unfortunate that "Paris Is One Day Away" didn't make it to that magical #40 slot. I truly feel that The Mood would have lasted a lot longer had they gotten the opportunity to be spotlighted on TOTP, and we could have been able to hear a lot more music from them. Their songs are all so energetic and synthtastic and terribly enjoyable to listen to; I think they could have nurtured/maintained at least a semi-cult fanbase well into the present time. Oh well. Thanks to the marvel of the Internet, they DO have a cult fan base, but still, smaller than it should be, if things were fair. Um, IMHO, of course. Krushsister 01:03, 25 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] They were a great group.

10000 thanks to anyone who expanded this article, I'll look for further info about The Mood. ^-^ (This comment was left unsigned. It was actually left by Misstoffu (talk contribs))
