Talk:The Love that Dares to Speak its Name

I removed the phrase: As Wikipedia is governed by Florida law this case does not apply to it. Because although it is true, its completely irrelevant as Wikipedia isn't publishing the poem. Saul Taylor 05:36, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
I am not a lawyer, but it is possible that including external links to the text of the poem could be regarded as publishing it. I don't want people removing the external link(s) because they are concerned about legal action. As this is only one sentence I think we should err on the side of caution and include it.
