I removed the phrase: As Wikipedia is governed by Florida law this case does not apply to it. Because although it is true, its completely irrelevant as Wikipedia isn't publishing the poem. Saul Taylor 05:36, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

I am not a lawyer, but it is possible that including external links to the text of the poem could be regarded as publishing it. I don't want people removing the external link(s) because they are concerned about legal action. As this is only one sentence I think we should err on the side of caution and include it. This is true, but it is also covered by our General disclaimer. References to Wikipedia should in general not be included in pages as per Wikipedia:No self references. GeeJo (t)(c) • 22:21, 9 June 2006 (UTC)
