Following a bidding war between all the major game publishers - needs cite
All review quotes need cites, for their original form ("back of box" doesn't count). Bonus points if you can get the names of reviewers, e.g. "Joe Schmoe of MSNBC called it..."
Brøderbund's marketing department quit just weeks before the game was released, - needs cite, as does everything else in that paragraph.
it is unlikely that The Last Express would have made a profit, and Brøderbund and Softbank most likely increased their losses. - Speculation is the worst kind of original research. This has been removed from the article. Green451 00:52, 6 August 2006 (UTC)
