It seems crazy that so much money would be spent on aid to developing world, but in the end go into the pocket of (sometimes well-meaning, sometimes not!) international consultants. Somebody suggested dropping money from a plane above poor villages - wondering if this would not be more efficient than what we are doing today... Has anyone ever try that?
