It should be merged to A&W restaurants instead of A&W root beer if it needs to be merged at all! --Mrath 05:59, 4 October 2006 (UTC)
No need for merge, the bear is not just related to the root bear, he's still used by A&W (Canada) in relation to the restaurant, though rather infrequently--BoyoJonesJr 22:48, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
