Talk:The Frog Princess
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Disney will be making a traditionally animated version of The Frog Princess in the coming years."
To the one who wrote this part of the article, how do you know that? How do you know it won't be a role-reversal, parody version of "The Frog Prince" that makes focuses less on plot and more on superficial, sarcastic comedy that:
- makes fun of political correctness?
- is more amusing for the "adults" in the family, hence...
- serves as a facade (along with the rest of the film) for condescendingly illustrating a moral for the "kiddies".
...among other pre-established notions?
Eisner, may be out, but the company is still messed up. I think Disney has still got it, but it may be years, maybe even longer before they return to the Disney they once were. Eisner really screwed things up. I'll leave this in the article, but nonetheless, we still can't be sure of anything since it was just announced (as of this writing).
