how do you get to mornhold? i have a huge bounty so i can't talk to a gaurd. how do you get into the city?

You can't until you pay the bounty and reach at least level 7, at which point you will be attacked in your sleep and forced to talk to a guard about what happened to you. Join the Thieve's Guild and pay off your bounty for a lower price. Otherwise, you have no hope. In Mournhold, you are still held to your bounty. There are many guards and Ordinators there.
