I'll have to read this again. I don't remember all these stories. Perhaps some were not included in the English translation. I also remember Trurl's companion being Klapaucius rather than Clapaucius. -- Derek Ross | Talk 18:58, 2005 Jan 11 (UTC)

Polish wiki states that it was published first in 1965, and is an expanded edition of 1964 'Bajki robotów'.--Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus Talk 02:15, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] The Sims

Here's a reference to The Sims. "Klapaucius" is used as a money cheat, without any expansion packs. When you install some expansion packs, it changes to "Rosebud", obviously from Citizen Kane. RocketMaster 20:08, 26 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Trurl IS robotic

"Klapaucius is robotic, and although there is no reason to suspect Trurl is not, it is not directly stated in the book." - Actually Trurl is also robotic, this is directly stated in "A Good Shellacking" story.
