Actually, it's been used several times – including the item cited (Birmingham 2005) and the Ebor lectures which are to be published.

Given the status etc of the people involved & the fact that it IS a useful category. (I don’t know why Samuel Terry was excluded, I do not feel it should be deleted – certainly not speedily! Johnbibby 21:01, 13 September 2006 (UTC)
