Hm, I don't see how in any meaningful sense this album is "hard bop", unless you just use that as a blanket term for any postwar jazz. It's light-years away from the classic hard bop sound of Horace Silver, Art Blakey, etc. (especially because of the inclusion of Dolphy and Evans, neither of them hard boppers; though Hubbard gives it some hardbop punch). -- I have condensed the lengthy listing of bar lengths and dedicatees--it's more important to give some idea of why this album is significant than to explain that "Teenie" is Nelson's sister.
