[edit] The Matter of Seggri

i had summarized (fairly badly, i'll admit) the matter of seggri as:

Two women who are in love, but of the same moiety, and thus unable decide to enter into a marriage, decide to deceive the other parties to a marriage by disguising one of the women as a man. Complex and beautiful story.

and someone (non-registered) deleted mine and substituted something much more bland, but certainly safer:

The discovery, exploration, and ultimate alteration of a planet characterised by extreme gender segregation.

i would prefer to integrate our two versions, rather than just having mine blown away -- assuming mine is not outright wrong. anyone disagree? Openlander 20:32, 28 August 2006 (UTC) That's not what "The Matter of Seggri" is about, though. It's the one where the men live in castles and the women live in towns and they only meet each other in whorehouses, but the men rebel. I think the one you're thinking of is "Mountain Ways."

OMG! you are so right! thank you. silly me. i will put it there. Openlander 04:19, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
