[edit] This is crazy

1st, any article claiming 2Pac is alive is idiotic for one obvious reason. 2nd, this thing is almost fully unsourced, as if it is an accumulation of rumors from a "Pac is alive" message board. I think the article's worthiness of being up on the site is questionable. 2Pac 23:15, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

It's an article about the theory, it does not say he is alive. License2Kill 23:29, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Yes, I know it's just about the theory, and doesn't actually say that he's alive. The problem is, this article covers a theory that is totally and utterly false, and there is just no backbone for anything written here. A 7 here, a reference in a song there.. how is that proof of anything? That is why I am concerned about this page. 2Pac 01:46, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Those are things that have been used to support the theory in the past License2Kill 08:45, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Yes... and they're all TOTAL GARBAGE! The criticism section should just consisty of one phrase "The problem with this theory is that PAC IS DEAD, SO GET OVER IT". All these 7s, musical references, shots in music videos, etc. ... Is it really necessary for an article to try and back up those moronic people who cannot accept the fact that Tupac Shakur never made it to September 14, 1996? 2Pac 15:25, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

I'm not hear to argue the legitimacy of this theory, the reason why this is here is because it's a notable theory and to keep it from being on the main Tupac page License2Kill 21:24, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

What makes it a notable theory? It's just a bunch of crackheads running around, trying to associate the digit 7 with 'Pac in as many different ways as possible. It'd be different if there were something like "2Pac was caught on film in 1998" in the article. But seriously, "he's alive because he died at 4:03 PM"?. No wonder this isn't on the main 2Pac page. What I'm saying, and still haven't been convinced of an answer, is "Why have an article on a theory that doesn't have the slightest shred of meaningful evidence to support it?" Not to mention how unreferenced it is 2Pac 00:18, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

Because it is a theory, doesn't need evidence. The 7 Day Theory holds little weight but some alive theories are actually very well thought out. The 7 Day Theory was very relevant to a lot of Tupac fans after Tupac's death all the way until November 5th, 2003. Even if you disagree with something doesn't mean you have to hate it, that's ignorant. If you don't like chocolate ice cream do you demand it be removed from the shelves? You should be happy it's separated from the main Tupac page. License2Kill 00:28, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

Yeah wtv. But "it is a theory, so it doesn't need evidence"? Think about what you are saying, man.

Theory: the analysis of a set of facts in their relation to one another2: abstract thought : speculation License2Kill 20:14, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

Oh, so I can make a Wikipedia Page called "The One Plus One Theory" and gather enough clues and suspicious facts to prove that 1+1=3? Because that is a bit what this article is about. Whoever listed all these "examples" is some guy either can't accept the truth on Tupac's death or is butt-end-stupid and doesn't even know what he's talking about. The theory of someone like Amelia Earhart having survived her attempted flight around the world could be different, because it is something that is up in the air and probably will never be definitively solved. But if you want to prove Tupac Amaru Shakur alive, you wil find nothing, because the opposite has been definitively proven. And that is why this article is so flumsy. 2Pac 21:27, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

No you can't because that is not a notable theory. A theory doesn't have to be true to be notable License2Kill 21:35, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

So the only reason that "the 7 Day Theory" is OK and "the One Plus One Theory" is not is that fewer people believe in the latter? 2Pac

[edit] Edit wars

If you are going to edit this page, please don't just copy and paste things from other websites. Makaveli can't be jumbled to make "I am alive, k". Only if you replace the k with another i then you could do that. I put all the numerological instances of 7 dealing with his time and date of death within one line, so that it doesn't take ten lines for an example that only needs one. Please don't just put in random "facts", throw on a [citation needed] tag and consider that fine. Verify it BEFORE you post. --Chad Hennings 00:29, 5 August 2006 (UTC)

All of this info is built up of random, meaningless facts- whether there's a citation tag for it or not. 2Pac 22:48, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Question

what does "Shakur's close friend Yaki Kadafi of Tha Outlawz was murdered on November 10, 1996, eight weeks and five days after Shakur. Kadafi was possibly the only one who witnessed the rapper's death." go to do with 7 day theory?

Some people believe he was silenced, some believe he faked his death to be Tupac's right hand man.

Ms. Afeni Shakur-Davis lives on 7th street in Lumberton, NC.

8 weeks, 5 days = 61 days, 6+1=7toaster 23:22, 5 February 2007 (UTC)

Well that pretty much closes the case on whether Tupac is alive or not. The number of the street his mother lives on... Surely we as users are sensible enough not to include such nonsense on this site? 2Pac 22:48, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Biggie smalls reference

in god bless the dead he was referring to one of his friends who was called biggie smalls, not the notorious big

Unless you are Tupac you don't know that License2Kill 20:49, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

Well, if Tupac is alive, there's nothing to stop him editing Wikipedia. -- Dandelions 18:32, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

If one of his friends was called biggie smalls then he would make sure to distinguish them since he knew most people would think he meant B.I.G.

The original poster was right. The 2Pac issue of XXL Magazine that I've saved since last September acknowledges the "RIP Biggie Smalls" reference in "God Bless The Dead", but notes that "Pac was likely referring to his producer Stench's late friend Tamar Harris, who also went by the nickname "Biggie Smalls". This should probably be noted in the article. 2Pac 22:23, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

...Why the fuck would 2Pac be on the Internet editing Wikipedia? Why the fuck would he care? =| Think before you talk/type.

To Mr. Cleanmouth, I'm pretty sure the original poster was joking. That wouldn't be surprising- everything else related to the "7 Day Theory" is a joke as well. 2Pac 22:48, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
