Tales of Symphonia: The Animation (テイルズ・オブ・シンフォニア?) is a four-episode animated series (OVA) based on the video game of the same name.

Footage of the trailer depicts several scenes, including one of Kratos Aurion at Anna's grave, an edited version of the beginning scene at the Temple of Martel, and a scene with Lloyd Irving and Colette Brunel outside in a field.

Two worlds exist, both unaware of the existence of the other. In order for one world to flourish, the other will have to perish. In the perishing world, a chosen one is sent on a journey to restore that world's mana by awakening the spirits and becoming an angel for the sake of the goddess Martel. Colette Brunel, the Chosen of Sylvarant, sets out on her journey accompanied by her best friends Lloyd Irving and Genis Sage. As they travel, they meet more friends and even more enemies, while they learn more and more about the truth behind the World Regeneration.[1]

Fan reaction has, so far, been positive. According to the official website, the series will be composed of four volumes. The first is set for release in Japan on June 8, 2007. Volume 2 is scheduled for August 10, 2007.
