[edit] Plot
The movie opens on Eros City, and in the mountains surrounding the city is the large home of Dr. VonFockingcock. VonFockingcock has created a new invention, The Ultimate Orgasmarator, which he tests on a willing lab assistant - a blonde haired surfer boy. While getting down and dirty with his test subject, VonFockingcock is ambushed and captured.
We then see Stonewall sat on a rooftop, witnessing a crime taking place in the seedy streets of Eros City. The wrong-doer is none other than the villainous Doctor Cocktopus, a man blessed with four robotic penises. Arriving just in time, is Riot, Stonewalls sexy sidekick. After apprehending Doc Cock, the boys report into the commissioner, who tells them he has a new assignment for them.
The commissioner tells the twosome about VonFockingcocks capture, and that it is obviously the work of a mastermind criminal. Riot suggests that it was Polecat, a criminal who has just got out of prison on a technicality. Stonewall and Riot rush over to Polecat's main hangout, the Kit Kat Club, a upbeat strip bar in downtown Eros City.
Stonewall and Riot storm the club, finding Polecat, a saucy southern boy with a serious mad on for pussycats. After a fistfight with Polecat, Stonewall gets down to the serious business of sex, and attempting to get a confession about the missing doctor. After a long "interrogation", Polecat confesses to a crime, it just isn't the right one - he admits to stealing Freddie the skin flute from the museum, but he knows nothing of the missing doctor!
Stonewall has his own suspicions, and both Riot and himself head towards the mansion base of 'The Masters of Doom' - A team of some of Eros City's biggest baddies. The Masters of Doom contain 7 villains:
- Snake Johnson - A dude with a penis that when it grows, turns into a snake.
- Doctor Probe - A half man, half robot sex toy.
- Bondage Fairy - A guy in a full bondage gear, including a ball gag, oh, and some fairy wings.
- The Flame - A man able to control fire, but unable to control flaming out.
- Professor Prophylactic - A guy made of latex, enough said.
- Analconda - He has the ability to control anal beads telepathically
- Str8 Boy - He isn’t gay, honest. He just gets a little free with his favours when he drinks.
The Masters of Doom discuss plans for "The total sexual domination of Eros City", there proposed plans include enemas for the whole city, covering the city in a large condom, planting an exploding dildo and an inaudible plan from Bondage Fairy, which everyone seems to love. There plans are disrupted by Stonewall and Riot, who crash the party and challenge the seven to a battle, which in turn ends up as a huge orgy.
Yet once again the superheroes are wrong, the Masters of Doom aren't behind the capture of VonFuckingcock at all. Back at their base and out of their masks (and their clothes), Stonewall tells a story via flashback of how he met a guy during Mardi Gras, started to have sex with him, but his date was then captured by the Masters of Doom. Promising to not let this happen again, Stonewall beings a rigorous training and beefs up, becoming the person he is today. After the flashback scene is over, Stonewall promises he will get to the bottom (literally) of the person who took VonFuckingcock, even if it means getting information (using sex, obviously) from every villain in the city!
Stonewall and Riot then head out into the city and a montage ensues where we meet such wonderfully named villains as WebMaster, Chicken Hawk, Polar Bear, Size Queen and The Vulva (who the boys just can't bring themselves to 'interrogate!). After going through all of Eros City, there is just onee man left, The French Tickler! The boys track him down at Le Revue Risque, where we see VonFockingcock is being help captive. He is being held because of what his father did to French Tickler, VonFockingcock's father had Tickler to test condoms, which caused him to loose all the sensitivity in his penis!
French Tickler explains this through the medium of song (as expected) by performing "French Tickler (that is my name)". When Stonewall and Riot show up they see that French Tickler is preparing the Orgasmarator to fire on the whole of Eros City. Tickler and Stonewall face off on the top of 'Le Revue Risque' and after a bit of a chase, Stonewall bends French Tickler over his knee for a spanking, and of course, sex follows. During which time Riot is busy with Ticklers henchmen (very busy indeed). The climax of the movie comes when Stonewall ejaculates so hard that Tickler is launched into the skyline, during this time, Stonewall is able to stop the Orgasmarator. With Doctor VonFockingcock safe, the city of Eros City can return to normal, or as normal as possible!

[edit] Other Information
The main characters names 'Stonewall' and 'Riot' are a clever nod towards the Stonewall riots, a series of riots by the gay citizens of New York City in 1960's America.
The film contains lots of inside jokes and cheeky humour that is only quickly shown on screen, these include:
- In the opening credits the fake name "Preteen Pornstar" credited for producing music.
- Pulse Distribution Building - Pulse Distribution distributed the film on DVD.
- Billboards containing art from Joe Phillips' book "Cali Boys".
- A fake news network called GBC is advertised - A parody of NBC
- A billboard and named mention of Elbow Grease personal lubricant,
- Billboards featuring the singer Ari Gold can be seen on more than one occasion. Ari is a good personal friend of Joe's who helped produce the music for the movie.
- JustUsBoyz Clothing - JustUsBoyz are a music group who are good friend with Phillips
- The start of the end credits are a parody of the 1960's batman TV show.
- The character Doctor Cocktopus is quite obviously an homage to the Spider-Man villain Doctor Octopus who is known for having four extra robotic limbs.
The artwork used in the "Stonewall flashback scene" was drawn by Craig Hamilton.
Stonewall & Riot was nominated for a 2006 GayVN Award but sadly did not win.
Keep watching after the end credits have rolled.
Joe Phillips' love of tattoo's is shown in this film, as nearly all of the characters have ink on them somewhere.
This is Joe Phillips' second DVD release, his first being the award winning The House of Morecock.
