Silent Hill 4: The Room - Original Soundtrack is the 2-disc soundtrack of video game music from the survival horror game, Silent Hill 4: The Room. The album contains musical tracks from the game composed by Akira Yamaoka. The soundtrack was released in Japan on June 17, 2004 with a price of ¥2,600 bearing the catalog number LC1292-3.

There was a limited edition single disc version of the soundtrack for North America which contained 20 tracks, the majority of which were exclusives not found on the Japanese soundtrack.
