Puppet Master: The Legacy is the eighth in the Puppet Master series of horror films. Released in 2004, the film consists mainly of footage from all the preceding Puppet Master films.

Peter Hertz, a character from Puppet Master III, tells a woman, Maclain, the history of the living puppets, not knowing she wants to destroy them.

The film uses archived footage to place the history of the puppets and Toulon in chronological order.
