Magic Bus: The Who on Tour is an album by British rock band The Who, released in the United States on November 30, 1968. Already a commercial failure in the band's homeland, The Who's record label, Track Records released Magic Bus: The Who on Tour originally as a UK-only album of singles and B-sides called Direct Hits, which was released on October 12, 1968. The band's American label, Decca, released the album after the success of the "Magic Bus" single. Despite confusion due to the title implying live tracks and poor packaging, the album was an American success, peaking at number 39 on the Billboard chart. For many Americans, Magic Bus: The Who on Tour was the first exposure to The Who.
