A soratami who speaks with her mind, not by mouth. She and her disciples were told to attack the Jukai Forest in order to rule Kamigawa once and for all. Uyo entered Toshi's dreams while he was sleeping, but she was killed when Toshi used the Yuki-Onna's magic to freeze her to death. One of her disciples then decided to avenge her death by killing her murderer. (Kamigawa)
