Quadir refers to a king of Suwwardi in Terisiare. One Quadir enslaved Mishra, and later, seeing his value, set him to teach his son. He was killed when a dragon engine came to kill Mishra and take his Weakstone. Instead, Mishra was able to control it. This Quadir's son became the new Quadir. Neither Quadir is named in the story. The new Quadir grew powerful using his rakiq's (wizard- he was given freedom following the father's death) dragon engine. He also became a tyrant. He was killed in the invasion of Kroog by Ashnod. Mishra was made the new Quadir, even though he was not Fallaji.
