- Need? No. But it helps organisation, and groups together articles about their pre-fame days for ease of navigation. What's the problem with it? --kingboyk 02:11, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
- Just seems a little... excessive. Mind you the whole Wikipedia "OMFG Beatles" thing does really. -- Bobyllib 15:02, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
- My thinking was really kinda the opposite - to put a few of the more peripheral articles out of the main category! Re your second statement: Assuming you actually like the Beatles, then join the WikiProject! Any reduction of fancruft, hyperbole or pointless stubs would be fine by me too. (We have nearly 600 articles, which is probably double what we need). --kingboyk 12:36, 24 April 2006 (UTC)
