Bittersweet: The Love Songs Collection is a compilation album released by Cher in the year of 1999. Many believe this album to be a re-release of Cher's 1973 album, Bittersweet White Light, but those who have thought that this is a re-release are wrong. This compilation may feature all nine tracks from Cher's 1973 album, Bittersweet White Light, but this compilation was given eight more ballads from Cher's career during the '70s. Tracks 10 through 17 are songs featured from Cher's following albums: Gypsys, Tramps & Thieves, Foxy Lady, and Half-Breed.
