Biography |
I'm a 20-year-old college student located in San Jose, California. I'm currently in my junior year at San Jose State University where I carry a 3.05 GPA, working towards my Bachelors of Science in aviation with a minor in business management. I've lived all across northern California and northern Nevada, including the cities of Daly City, Half Moon Bay, Cobb, Placerville, Sacramento and Reno. Immediately before locating to where I am now, I attended Union Mine High School in El Dorado, earning a whopping 345 units, despite the fact that my graduation requirement was only 240 units.
|
During my senior year of high school, in an attempt to avoid college altogether, I completed enough flight training to successfully pass the checkride for my Private Pilot License. Since money is tight these days between metropolitan rents, tuiton, books and other living expenses, I only have 75 hours of actual flight time and 250 landings. However, I still remain extremely interested in one day taking back the skies for myself. I'm currently planning to take a desk job and pushing pencils for a few years after graduation, buying my flight time outright and skipping the flight instruction phase entirely. Eventually, I'd like to fly regional jets, reducing my time away from home. Of course, I'd settle for flying freight aircraft, as boxes don't complain when they don't get extra pretzels.

Editing on Wikpedia |
Typically, you'll find me editing articles about airports for WikiProject Airports. At the time of this writing, we have 87 participants in the project, with myself being the only participant in the assessment department. I am an avid user of AutoWikiBrowser, which is use frequently to apply large-scale changes to the project's standards across all articles, thought I occaisonally use VandalProof2 to revert massive amounts of vandalism from anonymous IP contributors and reduce my WikiStress.
