This movie is notable for the fact that both Eliza Dushku (of Buffy The Vampire Slayer fame) and Katherine Heigl (of Grey's Anatomy fame) made their first career film appearances here. They both shared a few scenes together. Dushku was 12 years old at that time, and Heigl was 14.
