I've marked it that way for the following reasons...

  • The biography doesn't include issue references
  • Headings aren't quite in line with the WikiProject comics guidelines - do some need to be renamed or demoted?
  • Introduction could be expanded to provide a better summary of the article. It should also contain the creator and first appearance info.
  • No publication history section
  • Appearances list is incomplete and not in keeping with the WikiProject comics exemplar format - no mention of the Silver Surfer appearances where Starlin reintroduced (and resurrected) the character, for example?
