[edit] Flashwars

I added a comment to the Flashwars talk page, that you may be interested in reading and possibly responding to. — ApolloCreed (comment) (talk) 00:09, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Rudra Veena

Good catch. I prefer "vina" for this instrument but a Google search shows double the number for "veena." I'll merge it over, with redirect. Badagnani 05:44, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image Tagging for Image:Bf2af-musclecar2142.gif

[edit] Brock's Page.

Think we ought keep the page like it is, or switch it back to before and keep choice tidbits? Maybe I'm being pompous, but I'd be up for the old version if only to keep his consistent with other character pages. Umbric Man

There was a considerable amount of taken out. Perhaps sort of merging the current with your old one? -th1rt3en 15:31, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Venture Bros.: thanks

Just wanted to drop a line saying thanks for your tireless work on The Venture Bros. and its ever-increasing number of articles. It is appreciated. - DynSkeet * Talk 12:50, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hi

I just wanted to say hi. I say "Hi" to someone once a month. You're the lucky person this month. Hehe. —The Thing (Talk) (Stuff I did) 00:05, 21 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Girl Hitler

I redirected Girl Hitler to Characters from The Venture Bros., since it's the only "fast" way to get rid of the article. Kappa is a notorious de-prodder who constantly de-prods articles for no good reason whatsoever. Unfortunately, once he sets his sights on an article he'll keep removing the prod tag, making the only option an AfD or a redirect. -- Ned Scott 06:24, 30 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Episode titles

Please see Wikipedia:Naming conventions (capitalization) for details of how titles of films, television shows, television episodes etc. should be capitalised. Thanks — sjorford++ 15:33, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

I think you're missing the point - it doesn't actually matter whether the DVD menus or other official sources are written "Dante And Randal..." or "Dante and Randal...", as the Wikipedia naming conventions override this. The naming conventions exist to provide standardisation across the encyclopedia, so that all our article titles are written with conjunctions and articles in lowercase, and everything else with a capital initial. The only exceptions are if the title is written with weird capitalisation for the purposes of emphasis, which isn't the case here. — sjorford++ 16:02, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Linking headers

I found out it is against wikipedia policy: Wikipedia:Manual of Style (headings)#Wording#Linking --201 19:49, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

Are you sure the futurama list isn't also wrong? rules are rules, they did the same to me once. How do you know lists are the exception to the rule? Is that oficial policy?

I hope you realize I'm considering this your call, so out of respect, I'm not reverting you.--201 20:02, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

Ok, a though those were rules. Can consensus beat guidelines??

Keep in mind 2 guys isn't a reasonable concensus yet. In this case, it's just you. However, it is still up to you to change things. I'm realizing you might be a bigger fan than me.--201 20:30, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sorry

I'm sorry if I was too critical of your work, which I actually like and respect a lot (specially lately).

I made this for the list of secondary characters. Since Sorayama was the lead villain for an episode, I think it is safe to dedicate a pharagraph to him. I wrote one, owever, since I think your observations about my spelling are right I wouldn't like to put this without your approval and if necesary your rephasing or total re writting.

  • Mike Sorayama: A former College friend of Dr. Venture, Pete White, and Baron Werner Ünderbheit. At, College, he is target of mean jokes, each played by every one of his friends and Brock Samson, so several years later, at present day, Sorayama fakes his own death in order to gather and he kidnap the four of them at the funeral. After the Samson and Dr. Venture broke free and the original Team Venture arrived with the Venture Brothers to rescue them, they discover the kidnaper is a robot while the real Sorayama is actually dead and planned all before dying.

[edit] Spelling

Ok, thanks! In that case, please, don't forget to check it out now and then to make sure there are not spelling or grammar mistekes.--201 19:55, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] WikiProject Disambiguation Talk Request

This is a form message being sent to all WikiProject Disambiguation participants. I may have found your page based on your contributions or your link repair user box on your user page. If you are not a member, please consider including your name on the project page. I recently left a proposed banner idea on the WikiProject Disambiguation talk page and I would appreciate any input you could provide. Before it can be approved or denied, I would prefer a lot of feedback from multiple participants in the project. So if you have the time please join in the discussion to help improve the WikiProject. Keep up the good work in link repair and thanks for your time. Nehrams2020 23:21, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Misplaced

Your picture of the muscle car in BF2142 is definitely misplaced because it not in the actually game. If you check the official roster of the game vehicles, not once is a 'muscle car' mentioned.

[edit] Kim, future arch-enemy of the Ventures

Why was my entry for Kim deleted from the list of secondary characters? She's an incidental character who appears only in one episode with as much right to be included as Anna Baldovitch, or Roy Brisby, or many other who appear on that list. I'm aware she appears in the "List of Characters" page, but that really doesn't make sense as she's only a secondary character, no matter how cool she is. If anything she should be taken off that page and readded her. I'll wait for a good reason before I revert it. --Jhlynes 20:59, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

A colleague and I are conducting a study on health wikis. We are looking at how wikis co-construct health information and create communities. We noticed that you are a frequent contributor to Wikipedia on health topics.

Please consider taking our survey here.

This research will help wikipedia and other wikis understand how health information is co-created and used.

We are from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The project was approved by our university research committee and members of the Wikipedia Foundation.

[edit] MGS3

I noticed you changed the refs to two columns in this article. I'm just wondering what's better about two columns than one? -- Steel 13:30, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

Just a quick note to say that I've replied to you on my talk page. -- Steel 15:10, 24 January 2007 (UTC)r

[edit] Regarding edits made to 2007 Boston magnetic light scare

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia, Th1rt3en! However, your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove spam from Wikipedia. [edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Bf2af-musclecar2142.gif)

Thanks for uploading Image:Bf2af-musclecar2142.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] MG series template situation

There appears to have been no interest in the Metal Gear template for some weeks, I believe it's about time we reached some kind of concensus on this one and put it to bed. See relevant Template Talk for discussion. Hyperspacey 01:37, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

Good job on AMiB. Seems you're the only one who'd bother to respond to him. --Twlighter 21:49, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] King's Quest move

Hi, I see you moved King's Quest series to King's Quest. However, page moves should be done with the move tool, not by copying and pasting the contents from one page to another as using the move tool will avoid splitting the article's revision history. The King's Quest move has been fixed now. Happy editing, --KFP (talk | contribs) 22:55, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

Ok, those cases can be listed at Wikipedia:Requested moves and an admin will do the move. I agree that "King's Quest" is a better title, by the way. --KFP (talk | contribs) 23:02, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Centralized video game navbox discussion

You previously expressed a strongly-stated opinion about a video game navbox or all video game navboxes in general, or perhaps I clicked on your talk page by mistake. Whichever it is, you are invited to offer your opinion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Video games#Navboxes III: Son of Navboxes. - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire | past ops) 07:32, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Template:The Sims series

Thanks for fixing Template:The Sims series --ALTON
Thanks for fixing Template:The Sims series --ALTON

Good job, on the last edit. The condensation is neat and precise. However, I want some distinction between the stuff packs and expansions for The Sims 2, do you think this is possible? ALTON .ıl 00:36, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

Great, thanks. And awesome sig, btw. ALTON .ıl 00:40, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
That's good. Whatever you think looks/functions better. ALTON .ıl 01:01, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
Wow, amazing job on the template. I've aligned the columns for linear reading, but revert if you disagree. ALTON .ıl 00:14, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
Okay, is that the final product though? This seems to be such an amorphous template. . . ALTON .ıl 02:15, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

Yeh, but you stay up late! You've been on WP for 10 hours now, at least the time is from your first edit today. ALTON .ıl 07:44, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Wikify Multitap

There's a talk page, could you please leave a message there? That article looks pretty much okay to me and I don't know what you want to be wikified. --32X 08:10, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Wayside

I've made this into a disambiguation page, so there's now no need for the hatnote on the Rail terminology page. ATB--Old Moonraker 08:23, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Minor edits that aren't minor

Please remember to mark your edits as minor when (and only when) they genuinely are minor edits (see Wikipedia:Minor edit). Marking a major change as a minor one (and vice versa) is considered poor etiquette. The rule of thumb is that only an edit that consists solely of spelling corrections, formatting and minor rearranging of text should be flagged as a 'minor edit'. Thanks! - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire | past ops) 01:18, 24 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Apollo

It is probably best not to respond to Gravitor in any way. After being away for a month, probably in rehab or something, he is trying to pick fights again. If no one plays with him, he tends to go away. Wahkeenah 02:12, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

  • Roger. The redlink who asked that question originally either has a double-digit IQ or is just another of Gravitor's sockpuppets. I'm sure there's plenty of info to be had on how they did the camera. As the National Geographic writeup a few months later commented, "The trouble with holding the camera is that you don't get into the picture." That referred to the fact that all the good photos were of Aldrin. About all we have of Armstrong is that grainy image from that TV camera they had strategically placed to capture Armstrong as he went down the ladder. Wahkeenah 03:05, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
    • It's described a little bit on page 491 of the Neil Armstrong book. Wahkeenah 03:11, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
