Tony Fleming recently earned a Masters degree in public policy from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy,specializing in international security and global development. He publishes the noted policy blog on the selection of the next Secretary General, UNSG.org.Mr. Fleming’s professional affiliations include having served on the Board and staff of Citizens for Global Solutions (1997-2005), on the international Council of the World Federalist Movement-Institute for Global Policy (2000-present), and as a rapporteur with the Stanley Foundation (2004-present). During his graduated program, he also completed graduate research assistantships with the Center for Advanced Study of Languageand the Center for Information and Research on Civic Learning and Engagement (CIRCLE) and a fellowship with the office of Senator Barbara Mikulski(D-MD).
