Terve-Sos is an annual Finnish convention about welfare and health, organised by the Finnish research institute Stakes.

Terve-Sos consists of two separate and parallel parts: a fair where various organisations and companies working in the welfare and health industry can exhibit their latest offerings, and a series of lectures given at a university or similar education facility. The fair is free of charge but attendance to the lectures typically costs around 100 €.

Terve-Sos 2004 was held in Espoo, Terve-Sos 2005 in Turku, and Terve-Sos 2006 in Tampere. Terve-Sos 2007 will be held in Oulu.
